We’re currently working on finalizing our pricing model. Contact us for the most up-to-date pricing and terms. As our pricing structure evolves, you’ll have the flexibility to switch to the new model or keep your current plan. For now, the product is available through a monthly subscription.

Currently our product can only be downloaded by request. We work individually with each new customer, helping with installation and getting started using the product, and getting feedback to improve the product.

If you don't have any account with Twilio then yes, you have to create one. If you already have an account with Twilio you can use it for connecting to Twilidoo. Contact us for more information on how to use your current account.

You pay Twilio directly for the consumed telecommunication services. You pay us the subscription fee for Twilidoo based on the plan selected during setup.
