  • Variable Costs : The commission varies with the user's Twilio usage. As the volume of calls, messages, or other services increases or decreases, the Twilidoo commission will adjust accordingly, ensuring that users only pay for what they actually use.
  • Transparent Billing : The commission is calculated at the end of each billing cycle, aligning seamlessly with Twilio's billing, allowing users to track their expenses clearly.

A Twilidoo users is an Odoo user account which is in Twilidoo User group and has access to Twilidoo app feautures. The Twilidoo users are created under Twilidoo -> Users menu. 

The Twilidoo Proxy is a middleware service that facilitates requests between Twilio and Odoo. Given the nature of telephony, it requires an uptime of approximately 99.99%. Conversely, Odoo may experience temporary inaccessibility during module upgrades or troubleshooting. When Twilio receives an incoming call, it sends a routing request to Odoo. If Odoo is unavailable, the Twilidoo Proxy retrieves the last successful result from its cache and provides the routing information to Twilio, ensuring that calls can still connect to SIP users even if Odoo is down.
